How our Christmas Bookings Work
Christmas Booking Process
Due to how busy we can get over Chistmas we have a specific booking process that runs during this time of the year.
Our Christmas cleaning period runs from the last week of October through to the last week of January. Our final working day before Christmas is 23rd December.
We carefully schedule bookings by working backwards from the 23rd December so as many clients as possible can have their windows cleaned as close to Christmas Day as possible, unless a different timing is requested.
Round One: Priority Clients
In July, we invite our clients who are on annual cleaning plans to submit their Christmas booking request through a short form. These are clients who have scheduled services quarterly or bi-annually, and they receive priority booking as part of their ongoing service arrangement with us.
The form stays open for two weeks, allowing clients to nominate their preferred timing and the service they would like booked. Once submissions close, we sit down and map out the schedule based on location, job size, and preferred timing.
Clients are then sent a booking offer, which includes the proposed date, time, service scope, and price. Once accepted, the booking is confirmed and secured in our schedule.
Round Two: Additional Christmas Bookings
Once priority bookings are finalised, we reopen the Christmas booking form for anyone else who would like to request a Christmas clean.
Jobs are then placed into available spaces based on location, job size, and daily scheduling, and a Booking Offer is sent outlining the proposed date, time, scope, and price for approval before confirming the booking.
Cancellation List
We also offer a Christmas cancellation list. Because we know the size and location of each job, if our team runs ahead of schedule and we have room to add another clean to the day, we will contact clients on the list and offer the available space.
Running our schedule this way allowed us to accommodate 11 additional cleans during last year’s Christmas period, which was a wonderful bonus for those hoping to fit in before the holidays.
